We offer FREE trackable US shipping for all our hot tubs. 

• Orders are processed within 7-10 business days of purchase. Processing Orders includes assembling, checking for any flaws or manufacturing defects and preparing for shipping.
• When your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Depending on your order and your location, expect the order to arrive between 6 to 8 weeks after shipment.
• All orders are shipped for free. We offer curbside shipping, meaning the driver is responsible for unloading curbside, or on the edge of your driveway.   It would be your responsibility to position and install the hot tub unit into your yard or home.  Most of our products come with a manufacturer Owner’s manual for any initial troubleshooting. We do offer extended warranties that go through the manufacturer for claims.
