Great trader fast delivery

I bought this tub about a month ago. I’ve owned many different spas. I chose this one for the ECONOMIC price and many features. I have to say I made an EXCELLENT choice! The NUMERIOUS jets are perfectly placed, the power is terrific. Set up is quick and easy. I do wish there was a sample kit of chemical product to get started. However , I understand with shipping how that might not be possible.

I bought this for my medical conditions and am quite satisfied, it gives me great comfort and satisfaction. I have space enough to do my water exercises, surprisingly quite spacious with it’s oval shape.

This tub appears to hold the temperature. We have had record snowfall and cold in our area since receiving the tub.

If your looking for an affordable smaller hot tub this is a good choice. It has 4 different seating positions with different jet combinations and seat height. Nice colored led combination and small water fall. The ice container is very nice too. It’s more of a 2 person comfortable hot tub but will fit 4 adults !

I bought this three weeks ago and was delivered within the delivery time. It was installed a few days later by a local company and I would recommend hiring someone local. Within 12 hours it was hot and ready to use. Water is getting close to stable now as well. It can take a day to tweak them to get things just right. Have the chemicals ready to use. The outdoor temp was in the upper 40’s here in MN and wow did it feel great to use the next morning! We have only used it for a single day now but jets are powerful and the Bluetooth sound system is really very good considering where it is. Knowing that Costco will make it right if there are issues put our mind at ease.

This hot tub is absolutely perfect! It isn’t too big or too small. My husband and I have used it every single day since it arrived. We are utilizing a 110V outlet and it only took 16 hours to come to temperature. It also holds its temperature perfectly. The waterfall, optional lights, and sweet cupholders and space to chill a bottle make it amazing! Thank you, Costco! (PS we had concerns about how to get it past our gate onto our patio. The delivery guys were awesome and offered to help without my even asking. We tipped them as a thank you!)

Don’t pass up on this spa. We searched in stores, found the features we wanted and than found this spa online. We purchased this off the specs and previous reviews. The delivery was smooth and on time. I would however recommend having a good size delivery team in hand to put this in place. It is quite heavy. We have used it for over a month and the spa is amazing. We are so glad we took the chance and purchased this spa. It is totally worth it. We do have issues with the speakers but we knew up front that the speakers are always an issue in spas so we didn’t have high expectations for them anyways. You will not regret this purchase.

We had a top-of-the-line Sundance Spa and this somewhat smaller spa at 1/3 the cost was comparable. The Genesis lacked some added features but delivers on therapeutics, ample jet power and a good variety of jet positions to massage the entire body. On 110v it took about 30 hours to heat to 102 degrees. It was easy to move, install and startup without any issues. The true test will be when winter temperatures arrive and may need to convert to 240v. We love that it is made in the USA, PA.
