My second Plug and Play that I have owned, and I like this one better than the first. A huge fan of the square shape and convince. It is more of a two person hot tub, not four. Even the delivery people are nice. If I ever move for a 3rd time, I will buy another 🙂

I love our new hot tub. It arrived much sooner than was indicated, simple to set up, and filled in about a half hour. Although it did take two days to come up to temperature, it was entirely worth the wait
