It took a couple of days to get up to temperature but then stays there fine. It cools off a couple of degrees as soon as you start running the jets. It was easy to set up and the bubble cushion that goes underneath it makes it quite comfortable to sit in. I do wish you didnt have to remove the filter to attach the lights, not an ideal design. Overall I’m quite happy with it. Makes lots of bubbles. It’s a decent 3 season tub. And I know they dont recommend it but it runs fine off an outdoor extension cord attached to a GFI outlet. Cord is not 25 fee
